Web31 mrt. 2016 · I'm trying to use Powershell to create a URL shortcut on the Desktop. I can create shortcuts to applications on the local machine. I have been unable to make shortcuts to URLs. When I try and set the property .TargetPath to a URL value the result is always blank. If I set it to a local path the path is saved in .TargetPath.
