My 22" WS monitor runs at 1680 X 1050 native and with all other resolutions the text is blurry. When you plug in the HDMI cable, the monitor automatically sets the "AV MODE" to "ON", when you plug in the DVI cable the monitor automatically sets the "AV MODE" to "OFF".
