WebYes, they are parks, and without mods, they attract visitors. What OP is saying is that the mod Traffic Manager: President Edition has an improved parking feature that makes people use parking lots >properly. Web60 FPS, Vehicles and Time moving super slow Hi, wondering if anyone can help me troubleshoot this. So my game is running super smooth in terms of camera movement and panning, however when I zoom in or look at the time the days are passing painfully slow and the vehicles too.
